My Mythical Creature brought together a group of adolescent artists from diverse cultural backgrounds to design a short animation inspired by a mythical creature from their culture. Professional artist Sara Wilson and author Gabrielle Tozer were the mentors for this project.
The 10-week workshop program introduced participants to designing animation on tablets using digital drawing techniques, along with writing a short narrative to accompany their animations.
This project is a collaboration between Wagga Wagga City Library and our community partner STARTTS Wagga Wagga.
