Book rooms of various sizes for individuals or groups up to 35
The library has four rooms available for use by library members, visitors and groups up to 35. Half-day and daily rates apply for bookings by commercial enterprises and NGOs.

Group Learning Space 1&2 is a large space with a capacity of up to 35 seated, ideal for group meetings, presentations and training sessions.
This room should be booked at least 48 hours in advance. For bookings more than 90 days ahead, or to book this room outside business hours, please contact the library.
Group Learning Space 3 is a medium sized space with a capacity for up to 20 seated with a beautiful outlook over the lagoon. This room is ideal for meetings and smaller events. When booking this room, you also have access to two smaller internal rooms with a capacity of up to three people per room.
This room should be booked at least 48 hours in advance. For bookings more than 90 days ahead, please contact the library.
Study Space 4 and Study Space 5 are two small rooms with a capacity of up to three people. These are designed for library members or visitors to use for study, conference calls and small meetings.
These rooms can be booked with just 15 minutes notice, but cannot be booked more than a fortnight in advance, to ensure maximum availability for the wider community.
