July School Holidays with Wagga Library

The library has free craft, colouring-in, board games and our Xbox Kinect available every day of the July school holidays, in our Level 0 Children's Area.

There's also a huge range of programs and activities, at the library and around Wagga's LGA, from Mon Jul 8 - Fri Jul 19. Many of these are FREE, but please note that children under 16 require a parent/guardian to stay for the duration of the event.

Print-n-Go Fun

The Print-n-Go screen-printing workshop is at Mary Kidson Hall, Botanic Gardens on Mon July 8 from 10-11:30am, for ages 8-16. It costs just $5, and bookings are essential.

Bookmarks and Badgemaking Galore

Bingo @ Tolland

Free, all-ages bingo comes to Tolland Community Centre, 41 Bruce Street, on Wed Jul 10, from 10:30-11:30am. No bookings required, and we will supply all the materials you might need.

Teddy Bear Picnic

Join us at for a Teddy Bear Picnic in the Library, Wed Jul 10, from 10:30-11:30am. There'll be bear stories, songs and craft, with no bookings required.

Bring your own teddy, picnic snacks and drinks, and a small picnic rug (optional).

Bingo @ Quinty

Free, all-ages bingo comes to Uranquinty Hall, on Baker Street, Thur July 11, from 10:30-11:30am. No bookings required, and we will supply all the materials you might need.

Family Movie

A Family Movie will be screened in our Children's Area on the morning of Fri July 12, from 10:30am - 12noon. It's FREE to attend, and no bookings are required.

Wonderland Dancing Story

Join us for one of four free Dancing Story Workshops at the library, presented by The Australian Ballet.

For ages 3-5, with 45min sessions available on Tue July 16 and Thur Jul 18. Bookings essential.

Bookmarks and Badgemaking Mangoplah

Lego!

We'll provide the blocks, you provide the imagination! Lego is at the library from 2pm,  Wed July 17. For ages 6-16, bookings essential.

Learn Knittin'

Ever wanted to learn how to knit or crochet? Come and pick up the basics with the Knittin' Group, at the library from 10:30am on Thur July 18. For ages 8+, and no bookings required.

(Knitting supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring your own knitting project if you have one.)
