The library has free craft, colouring-in, board games, our Xbox Kinect, and our new robo-cats, available every day of the autumn school holidays (Sat Apr 12 - Sun Apr 27), in our Level 0 Children's Area.
There's also a huge range of programs and activities, at the library and around Wagga's LGA. Many of these are FREE, but please note that children under 16 need a responsible parent/guardian to stay for the duration of the event.

We invite aspiring young writers to discover the art of creative rebellion through storytelling!
In this dynamic two-hour workshop, led by acclaimed science fiction and fantasy author Belinda Crawford, participants will learn to craft original characters and structure compelling narratives.

This event is for 12 - 25 year olds as part of Wagga Wagga City Council's 2025 NSW Youth Week Program. Pizza & refreshments included in ticket.
