April School Holidays at the Library

The library has free craft, colouring-in, board games and our Xbox Kinect available every day of the April school holidays, in our Level 0 Children's Area.

There's also a huge range of programs and activities, at the library and around Wagga's LGA, from Mon Apr 15 - Sun Apr 28:

The Turtle Island Art Workshop is at the library on Mon Apr 15 from 1 - 3pm, for ages 8-12. It's FREE to attend, but bookings are essential.

Bingo at Mangoplah, Bingoplah! is on Tue Apr 16, from 10:30 - 11:30am, at the Mangoplah Hall. It's also FREE, with all materials provided, and no bookings required.

The Great Dane Magic Show & Children's Workshop has two sessions on Wed Apr 17: one in Humula, at the Humula Citizens Sports Club, from 10:30 - 11:30am, and another in Ladysmith, at Ladysmith Public School, from 2:30 - 3:30pm. Both are FREE to attend, but bookings are essential.

The library will host a Board Games afternoon on Thur Apr 18, from 2 - 4pm. Play a family favourite, or try something new! No bookings required.

A Family Movie will be screened in our Children's Area on the morning of Fri Apr 19, from 10:30am - 12noon. It's FREE to attend, and no bookings are required. (Our licence means the movie title is a secret, but we promise it's family-friendly and popular.)

Our regular Storytime program takes a break during school holidays, but come to Sunshine Storytime in the Botanic Gardens on Mon Apr 22, from 10 - 11am. It's FREE, with no bookings required, and the Agile Library will be there too.

There are two sessions of Architecture workshops on Wed Apr 24: Architecture for Kids, for ages 8-12, runs from 10am - 12noon; and Architecture for Teens, for ages 12-16, runs from 1 - 3pm. Both sessions are FREE, but bookings are essential.

Please note that the library is closed on Thur Apr 25 for the ANZAC Day public holiday.
